Time and Task Management Using Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 (Course 4006)
This course provides students with a better hands-on understanding of how to manage time more effectively, define tasks more accurately, and process incoming information more efficiently, using Microsoft Office Outlook 2003. Students learn how to manage schedules, projects and assignments, and create and respond to e-mail.

This course is designed to help students understand the role of business intelligence in today's workplace and introduces the use of Excel in business intelligence analysis. Students learn techniques in data summary, display, data lists and PivotTables.

Project and Team Management Fundamentals
This course reviews basic concepts and terminology for project management by providing theory and core methodology individuals need to manage projects or participate on project teams. The course focuses on the conceptual underpinnings that students must know to use any project management software application effectively.
